Dr. Carsrud:

• Initial visit or Reactivation @ 90 minutes - $400
• 1 hour Test evaluation or Revisit - $275
  
• 30 min clinical consultation - $150
• Clinical Phone calls related to current treatment plan - 20 min max - $60
• Initial chiropractic musculoskeletal exam and evaluation (30 minutes) - $85
• Chiropractic adjustment only - $50

• Specialty Health Programs – as priced, ask for estimate based on your program
• NeuroChek HRV Evaluation - $75
• Brain Tap Neurocognitive balancing session - $40

• Video or Phone Consultations available at the same price for our distance patients.
