Fee Schedule  (as of 3/1/24)

Our fee schedule is based on complexity of consultation, in compliance with CPT guidelines used throughout healthcare. 
Time frames are given as an estimate, based on complexity, as a courtesy to help you be prepared for the length of your consultation.
Your consultation may take more or less time based on practitioner need. 
We reserve the right to change consultations based on time and complexity presented.

Dr. Carsrud:

• Initial visit or Reactivation - $400                           (1.5 Hours)
• Test evaluation or Revisit - $275                            (1 Hour)
• Clinical consultation (without labs) - $150            (30 minutes)
• Clinical Phone calls - $60                                          (20 min max)
• Initial physical exam and evaluation  - $85           (30 minutes)
• Chiropractic adjustment - $50

 

• Specialty Health Programs – as priced, ask for estimate based on your program
• NeuroChek HRV Evaluation - $75                            (30 minutes - separate from consultation)
• Brain Tap Neurocognitive balancing session - $40  (30-60 minutes based on program)

 

• Video or Phone Consultations available at the same price for our distance patients.
• Testing prices vary by test. Please call the main office and ask for pricing for particular assays.

Beth Carsrud, CNC-NASM:

• Consultation - Initial or complex consultation - $145
• Limited Follow up Consultation - $85
• 10 minute "Triage" - Free - for existing Patients/Cases only for clinical clarification of existing orders.
  • We reserve the right to bill for any triage phone call that goes over scheduled time.

Chuck Miears, LPC:

• $125/hr

Jane Yu, LAc

• $145 - Intake appointment and Assessment 
• $90 - Repeat Standard appointment
