The Candida Diet

Candida albicans is a form of yeast the commonly infects the gut and intestines.  It's symptoms can range from fatigue and gut problems to sleep issues and depressed immune responses.  To find out of you suffer from this form of Candida growth, called dysbiosis, consider getting tested here.

    The principles of the Candida diet are simple - to remove the simple sugars, starches, carbohydrates, and fermented foods that the yeast feeds on, thereby starving it and helping to rid it from your body.  Multiple variations of this diet exist throughout the internet, so what we've compiled here is a basic outline.
