Your consent to receive SMS communications from Lakeline Wellness Center is specific to Lakeline Wellness Center and is not transferable to another business for its own marketing purposes.

Declining or withdrawing SMS consent will not affect your eligibility to receive care or purchase products or services from Lakeline Wellness Center.
